Kernodle joining him for the first two matches; included Weaver conducting
an interview with Paul Jones & the Assassins regarding Jimmy Valiant, with
the three saying they would end Valiant's career; after they left, NWA US
Champion Dick Slater walked in, claimed he was both the US champion and NWA
World champion; Slater then said everyone was gunning for him, including the
Junkyard Dog; Slater then threatened to run a 2x4 down JYD's throat should
he ever be able to beat Slater; featured footage of how NWA Tag Team
Champion Mark Youngblood defeated Slater in the finals of the NWA TV
Championship Tournament; included Weaver conducting a closing interview with
Rufus R. Jones about his feud with Ernie Ladd, with Jones offering Ladd
$1,000 to get in the ring with him; moments later, Jimmy Valiant & the
Junkyard Dog appeared and discussed their feuds with Paul Jones' men and JYD
facing Slater; Weaver then brought up the names of Adrian Street & Miss
Linda, with a photo of the two appearing on screen and Valiant saying, "What
is that, a UFO?"; Valiant then said it didn't matter what they were because
he and JYD would take care of them:

Brickhouse Brown at 6:18 when Kernodle pinned Ligon with a clothesline
The Junkyard Dog & Jimmy Valiant defeated Gary Royal & Barry O at 1:16 when
JYD pinned Royal with the powerslam

NWA Tag Team Champion Mark Youngblood defeated Jack & Jerry Briscoe via
disqualification when Mark was thrown over the top rope; after the bout, the
Briscoes dropped Mark across the guardrail on the floor, with Jack then
appplying the figure-4 on the floor as Jay twice came off the apron with
kneedrops onto Mark; moments later, the Briscos celebrated in the ring (the
match was joined in progress)

challenge for the NWA TV Title, the Junkyard Dog would face NWA US Champion
Dick Slater, Angelo Mosca Sr. & Jr. would be in action, and Adrian Street
would appear; featured Crockett conducting an interview with Brian Adias,
with Adias discussing his tag team match earlier with Jimmy Valiant; Valiant
then walked in and said he and Adias would be after Paul Jones' men; the
Junkyard Dog then joined them and talked about his fight earlier against
both NWA US Champion Dick Slater and NWA TV Champion Tully Blanchard;
included footage of Mark & Jay Youngblood vs. Jack & Jerry Brisco from a
recent house show, with the Youngbloods defeating the Briscos via crucifix
by Jay to Jack; after the bout, the Briscos double teamed Jay in the ring,
with NWA Tag Team Champion Wahoo McDaniel coming out to make the save;
moments later, Slater came out and helped in attacking McDaniel and the
Youngbloods; featured a music video on Adrian Street, with the song entitled
"Imagine What I Could Do To You;" included a vignette showing the Great
Kabuki outside wearing a headdress, then a kabuki mask, and finally showing
his painted face; featured Crockett conducting a closing interview with
Rufus R. Jones in which he said he had his $1,000 to give Ernie Ladd to face
him in the ring; moments later, Ladd and Gary Hart came out, demanding the
money; Jones and ladd then went out to the ring, with NWA Tag Team Champions

wasn't done with Blanchard and McDaniel discussing their feud against the

airplane spin into a Samoan Drop
Tully Blanchard (w/ Paul Jones) pinned
NWA TV Champion & NWA Tag Team Champion Mark Youngblood to win the TV title
at around the 6:30 mark with a knee to the back; Youngblood's foot was on
the bottom rope during the cover but the referee didn't notice it; Jones
attempted to push it off the ropes but was too late; during the match, it
was noted Ivan Koloff recently regained the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Title
The Junkyard Dog defeated NWA US Champion Dick Slater via disqualification
at around the 3:30 mark when JYD began brawling in the ring with NWA TV
Champion Tully Blanchard; Blanchard, wearing street clothes, came out during
the opening moments of the match and was assaulted in the ring by JYD, with
JYD tearing up Blanchard's dress shirt in the process; the bell rang without
reason at around the 2-minute mark; late in the match, Blanchard returned
ringside, with JYD chasing him around

the announcement by Crockett that Steamboat was coming out of retirement to
chase the NWA World Title; moments later, NWA US Champion Dick Slater
interrupted and claimed he was the real NWA World Champion, with Crockett
showing footage of Slater stealing the physical title belt from Flair after
a recent loss to Flair; Slater then pulled a belt out of his bag and claimed
it was the real world title, with Crockett saying it was only a copy that
Slater made for himself; featured Crockett conducting an interview with
Brian Adidas about his arrival to Jim Crockett Promotions, with Jimmy
Valiant then appearing and saying he would take Paul Jones' hair; moments
later, the Junkyard Dog joined them and said they were after NWA TV Champion
Tully Blanchard, Adrian Street, Jones, and Slater; included a vignette of
Street, set to his song 'Imagine What I Could Do to You;' featured Crockett
conducting an interview with Ernie Ladd about accepting Rufus R. Jones'

pinned Larry Hamilton with a back suplex into a bridge at 4:17
Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion Ivan Koloff & Don
Kernodle (w/ Gary Hart) defeated Vinnie Valentino & Brett Hart at 3:18 when
Kernodle pinned Hart after hitting a clothesline off the top as Koloff held
Hart in the air
The Junkyard Dog defeated the Great Kabuki (w/ Gary
Hart) via disqualification at 6:40 when Hart broke the pin attempt after JYD
threw Kabuki off the top rope; after the contest, JYD cornered Hart before
lifting Kabuki in the air with a choke; moments later, Kabuki sprayed red
mist in JYD's face, with Hart then holding Kabuki back as another wrestler
came out to tend to JYD

said they were the uncrowned NWA Tag Team Champions; included a promo by NWA

Brisco dared McDaniel & Youngblood to a rematch, implying they were scared
of he and NWA Tag Team Champion Jack Brisco; featured Blanchard conducting
an interview with Angelo Mosca about recently fighting in the ring with the
Assassin, with Mosca eventually having to be held back by several
preliminary wrestlers; included Weaver conducting an interview with Angelo
Mosca Jr. about his father's issues with Paul Jones and the Assassin, during
which he referred to the Assassin as "Jody" before saying he was still after
the Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight title held by Koloff; moments later, Weaver
