*NOTE:  Although this match is regarded as the one where the R&R Express regained the titles, this match was actually a non-title match.  Rick Rude would leave the NWA and join the WWF, vacating the tag titles in the process.  As a result, the NWA retroactively declared the above match a title match and aired it on TV with a voice over making it look like the R&Rs actually won the titles.

8.           Tully & Arn v. LexLuger and Barry Windham (Lex had recently left the Horsemen and turned babyface.  3/27/88)

9.           Tully Blanchard and Arn Anderson vs Lex Luger and Barry Windham (Windham turns on Luger and helps Tully & Arn

       regain the Tag Team Titles!  4/20/88)

10.        The Midnight Express (Bobby Eaton and Stan Lane) vs Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard (House show footage.  This was

       Blanchard & Anderson’s last match in the NWA before joining the WWF.  9/10/88, )

11.        The Road Warriors vs The Midnight Express 10/29/88

12.        Mike Rotundo and Steve Williams vs Road Warriors (The Varsity club wins the titles with help from the referee.  4/2/89)

*The Tag titles were stripped from Williams and Rotundo when guest referee Nikita Koloff was attacked by the Varsity Club )

13.        The Freebirds v. the Midnight Expressto (The Freebirds win the vacant tag titles in a tournament.  6/14/89)

20.        Arn Anderson & Bobby Eaton are interviewed after defeating Steamboat & Rhodes for the tag team titles.  1/16/92.   The actual match where Anderson and Eaton  win the tag titles

 from Steamboat and Rhodes was at a house show. To the best of my knowledge, no footage actually exists.   

*The Steiners tag title win over Anderson and Eaton was also at a  house show. No footage exist but the title change that occured on 5/3/92 is mentioned.
